CASE STUDY
Helios Towers Signal of Hope
A film about how mobile technology enables e-learning in a secondary school near Arusha in Tanzania.
The Digital Divide
Sketch Films was commissioned by Helios Towers to produce a film about the impact of mobile technology on students at a secondary school in a remote town south of Arusha in Tanzania.
This involved filming in Tanzania with a small local crew and in cooperation with Camara Education, an NGO that provides computers to secondary schools across East Africa.
A Producer/Director flew out from the UK and then worked with local crew to shoot the film over one full day. The film was shot in Swahili and English. We delivered a first edit within a week of filming and then delivered the final film a few days later.
